Limitation Act 1953 s 19

s 19 Administrator’s claim to date back to death

For the purposes of this Act relating to actions for the recovery of land an administrator of the estate of a deceased person shall be deemed to claim as if there had been no interval of time between the death of the deceased person and the grant of the letters of administration.

Tuntutan pentadbir hendaklah ditarikhkan ke belakang pada tarikh kematian

Bagi maksud peruntukan Akta ini berhubungan dengan tindakan untuk mendapat kembali tanah seseorang pentadbir harta pusaka orang yang mati hendaklah disifatkan sebagai menuntut seolah-olah tidak ada suatu lat tempoh masa di antara kematian orang yang mati dan pemberian surat kuasa mentadbir itu.
