Limitation Act 1953 s 31

s 31 Provisions as to set-off or counter-claim

For the purposes of this Act, any claim by way of set-off or counterclaim shall be deemed to be a separate action and to have been commenced on the same date as the action in which the setoff or counterclaim is pleaded.

Peruntukan mengenai tolakan atau tuntutan balas

Bagi maksud Akta ini, apa-apa tuntutan dengan cara tolakan atau tuntutan balas hendaklah disifatkan sebagai suatu tindakan berasingan dan telah bermula pada tarikh yang sama dengan tarikh tindakan yang dalamnya tolakan atau tuntutan balas itu dirayukan.
