s 9 Inventory and estimate of property seized, and notice to tenant of the seizure
(1) Immediately after seizing any property under a warrant of distress, the bailiff shall make an inventory and an approximate valuation thereof, and shall give to the tenant notice of the seizure with a copy of the inventory and valuation attached, informing him of the amount due under the warrant and that the property seized will be sold at a time and place to be named in the notice (not being less than six days from the date thereof), unless he pays the amount due within five days from the date thereof, or obtains an order restraining such sale.
(2) If the tenant is not on the premises, such notice may be given to any person appearing to be in occupation thereof, or, if there is no such person, by posting it in some conspicuous place thereon.

Inventori dan anggaran harta yang disita dan notis kepada penyewa mengenai penyitaan itu
(1) Sejurus selepas menyita apa-apa harta di bawah suatu waran distress, bailiff hendaklah membuat suatu inventori dan suatu anggaran penilaian berhubung dengannya, dan hendaklah memberi kepada penyewa notis penyitaan dengan suatu salinan inventori dan penilaian dilampirkan, memberitahunya mengenai amaun yang kena dibayar di bawah waran itu dan bahawa harta yang disita itu akan dijual pada suatu masa dan tempat yang akan dinamakan dalam

notis itu (tidak menjadi kurang daripada enam hari daripada tarikh tersebut), melainkan ia membayar amaun yang kena dibayar dalam tempoh lima hari daripada tarikh tersebut, atau mendapatkan suatu perintah yang menahan jualan tersebut.
(2) Jika penyewa itu tidak berada di atas premis itu, notis tersebut boleh diberikan kepada mana-mana orang yang berupa sebagai mendudukinya atau, jika tiada orang sedemikian, dengan menampalkannya di sesuatu tempat yang mudah dilihat disitu.
