s 32 Commissioner may cause trees to be properly planted
(1) If—
(a) the condition for the preservation and planting of trees is not complied with; or
(b) the open spaces are not made up in accordance with the approved plans and specifications,
to the satisfaction of the Commissioner in any case where a deposit has been made under section 31, the Commissioner may, at any time, after service of a notice on the person who made the deposit cause the trees to be planted, or execute or cause works to be carried out to ensure that the open spaces are made up in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
(2) The cost of any works to be carried out by the Commissioner under subsection (1) shall be recovered from the deposit made under section 31.

Datuk Bandar boleh menyebabkan pokok ditanam dengan betul
(1) Jika—
(a) syarat bagi memelihara dan menanam pokok tidak dipatuhi; atau
(b) tanah lapang tidak dibina mengikut pelan dan penentuan yang diluluskan,
dengan memuaskan hati Datuk Bandar dalam sesuatu kes yang deposit telah dibuat di bawah seksyen 31, Datuk Bandar boleh, pada bila-bila masa, selepas menyampaikan notis itu kepada orang yang membuat deposit itu menyebabkan pokok ditanam, atau menjalankan atau menyebabkan dijalankan kerja untuk memastikan supaya tanah lapang dibina mengikut pelan dan penentuan yang diluluskan.
(2) Kos bagi sesuatu kerja yang hendak dijalankan oleh Datuk Bandar di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah didapatkan semula daripada deposit yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 31.
