(1) Any goods, vehicles or things removed from any building or land by the Commissioner or any authorized officer under section 29 shall be detained at the risk of the owner or the person offending until the expenses of removal and detention are paid.
(2) In the event of there being no claim for the goods, vehicles or things the goods, vehicles or things may be sold by public auction or, if the Commissioner thinks the circumstances of the case require, may be sold otherwise or be disposed of without sale.
(3) The moneys arising from the sale may be retained by the Commissioner and applied in or towards the expenses incurred and the surplus, if any, shall be paid on demand to the owner of the goods, vehicles or things.
(4) If the surplus is not claimed within two years it shall be paid into the fund of the Commissioner.

Pelupusan barang yang dipindah oleh Datuk Bandar
(1) Apa-apa barang, kereta atau benda yang dipindahkan dari mana-mana bangunan atau tanah oleh Datuk Bandar atau manamana pegawai yang diberi kuasa di bawah seksyen 29 hendaklah ditahan atas risiko pemunya atau orang yang menyalahi sehingga perbelanjaan bagi pemindahan dan penahanan dibayar.
(2) Jika tidak ada tuntutan terhadap barang, kereta atau benda itu maka barang, kereta atau benda itu boleh dijual melalui lelong awam atau, jika pada pendapat Datuk Bandar hal keadaan memerlukan, barang, kereta atau benda itu boleh dijual selainnya atau dilupuskan tanpa dijual.
(3) Wang yang didapati daripada jualan itu boleh disimpan oleh Datuk Bandar dan digunakan bagi atau terhadap perbelanjaan yang dilakukan dan lebihannya, jika ada, hendaklah dibayar apabila dituntut kepada pemunya barang, kereta atau benda itu.
(4) Jika lebihan itu tidak dituntut dalam tempoh dua tahun ia hendaklah dibayar ke dalam kumpulan wang Datuk Bandar.
