Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 s 63
(1) All developments intended exclusively for religious, educational, recreational, social, welfare, or charitable purposes and not for pecuniary profit are exempted from the payment of all charges and fees under this Act. (2) The exemption under subsection (1) does not extend to development charges.
Pengecualian daripada fi dan caj
(1) Segala pembangunan yang semata-mata dicadangkan bagi maksud agama, pendidikan, rekreasi, sosial, kebajikan, atau khairat dan bukannya untuk keuntungan wang adalah dikecualikan daripada pembayaran semua caj dan fi di bawah Akta ini. (2) Pengecualian di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak terpakai bagi caj pembangunan.
