s 5

(1) A Director may for the purposes of discharging Power of any of his duties or carrying out any of his functions inspection, under this Act or any regulations, or otherwise for any examination, of the purposes of this Act or any regulations to enter— seal. (a) at any reasonable time upon any land, house or building with or without supply of energy to inspect and examine any part of an installation or equipment, or for other proper cause, (b) upon any land, house or building if he is under reasonable suspicion that an offence is being committed under this Act and may seize or seal any articie or thing or installation or part thereof, as the case may be. (2) A Director shall at all times carry an official a Director except upon production of the identification
