Every sale or contract for sale of a lottery ticket is hereby declared to be void and no action shall be maintainable by any person in respect of any such sale or contract except by the purchaser for the return of the money or other consideration (if any) paid thereon.
Jualan tiket loteri tidak sah
Tiap-tiap jualan atau kontrak bagi jualan tiket loteri dengan ini diisytiharkan sebagai tidak sah dan tiada tindakan boleh disenggarakan oleh mana-mana orang berkenaan dengan mana-mana jualan atau kontrak sedemikian kecuali oleh pembeli bagi pemulangan wang atau balasan lain (jika ada) yang dibayar mengenainya.
