(1) Any police officer may in a proclaimed area seize and take possession of any article or material capable of being, and which in his opinion is likely to be, used for offensive purposes. Penyitaan artikel tertentu
(1) Mana-mana pegawai polis boleh dalam suatu kawasan diproklamasi menyita dan mengambil pemilikan apa-apa artikel atau bahan yang boleh, dan yang pada pendapatnya mungkin akan digunakan untuk tujuan berbahaya. (2) Mana-mana artikel atau bahan yang disita di bawah seksyen mi hendaklah dilupuskan mengikut apa-apa cara yang diperintahkan oleh Menteri. *CATATAN—Akta Telekomunikasi 1950 [Akta 20] telah dimansuhkan oleh Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 [Akta 588]–lihat subseksyen 273(1) Akta 588.
