Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 s 47
Fees in respect of any licence or permit under Part IV or any regulations made in respect of that Part and issued by the local authority or authority or such person as may be authorized by the Minister shall be the revenue of the local authority or authority or such other person, as the case may be, issuing the licence or permit.

Fi berkenaan dengan mana-mana lesen atau permit di bawah Bahagian VI atau mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat berkenaan dengan Bahagian itu dan dikeluarkan oleh pihak berkuasa tempatan atau pihak berkuasa atau mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa oleh Menteri hendaklah menjadi hasil pihak berkuasa tempatan atau pihak berkuasa atau mana-mana orang lain, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, yang mengeluarkan lesen atau permit itu.
