No person other than a Registrar appointed under this Act shall— (a) keep any book that is or purports to be a register kept in accordance with this Act; or (b) issue to any person any document that is or purports to be a copy of a certificate of a marriage or a certificate of marriage registered by the Registrar.
Tiada seseorang, lain daripada mereka yang di- Ddatar yang lantik di bawah seksyen 28, boleh- (a) menyimpan apa-apa buku yang mana adalah disangatau yang berupa sebagai suatu dattar yang undang disimpan mengikut Akta ini; atau (b) mengeluarkan kepada seseorang apa-apa doku- ,mana adalah atau yang berupa sebagai suatu salinan surat perakuan bagi perkahwinan atau perakuan perkahwinan yang didattarkan oleh Pendattar.
