s 68 Maintenance payable under order of Court to be inalienable
Maintenance payable to any person under any order of Court shall not be assignable or transferable or liable to be attached, sequestered, or levied upon for, or in respect of, any debt or claim.

Nafkah yang kena dibayar kepada seseorang di Nafkah bawah sesuatu diserahhak atau perintah Mahkamah tidak boleh yanayaena dipindahmilik atau kena ditahan, di bawah diasingkan, atau dikenakan levi untuk, atau berkenaan dengan, apa-apa hutang atau tuntutan. tidak boleh dipindahkan hak miliknya.
