s 97 Guardian may not give discharge for capital property

A guardian of the property of a minor appointed by the Court shall not, unless in any case the Court otherwise orders, be empowered to give a good discharge for any legacy or other capital moneys payable to or receivable by the minor.

Seseorang,penjaga bagi harta seseorang kanakmemberi kanak yang dilantik oleh Mahkamah tidak boleh, meakuan lainkan jika Mahkamah memerintah sebaliknya dalam penyelesaian mengenai suatu hal, diberi kuasa untuk memberi akuan penyeharta modal. lesaian yang sewajarnya bagi apa-apa legasi atau apaapa wang modal lain yang kena dibayar kepada atau boleh diterima oleh kanak-kanak itu. Penjaga boleh menanggung kanakkanak dari pendapatan.
