s 98 Guardian may support minor out of income
(1) A guardian of the property of a minor appointed by the Court may make reasonable provision out of the income of the property for his maintenance and education, having regard to his station in life; but no sum exceeding three hundred ringgit per month may be so applied without the leave of the Court.
(2) Where the income of the minor’s property in the hands of the guardian is insufficient for such purpose, or money is required for the minor’s advancement, the Court may order the provision for such purpose be made out of the capital of the minor’s property, and for such purpose may authorize the sale, charge, or mortgage of any part of the minor’s property and give such directions in regard thereto as may be necessary in the interests of the minor.

(1) Seseorang penjaga bagi harta seseorang kanakkanak yang dilantik oleh Mahkamah boleh membüat peruntukan yang berpatutan dari pendapatan harta itu untuk menanggung natkah dan pelajaran kanak-kanak itu memandang kepada taraf kehidupan kanak-kanak itu; tetapi tiada apa-apa jumlah wang lebih daripada tiga ratus ringgit sebulan boleh digunakan sedemikian tanpa kebenaran Mahkamah.

(2) Jika pendapatan darı harta kanak-kanak ıtu yang ada dalam tangan penjaga itu tidak mencukupi bagi maksud itu, atau jika wang adalah dikehendaki untuk kemajuan kanak-kanak itu, maka Mahkamah boleh memerıntahkan supaya peruntukan bagi maksud itu diadakan dari harta modal kanak-kanak itu dan, bagi maksud itu, Mahkamah boleh membenarkan apa-apa bahagian dari harta kanak-kanak itu dijual, digadaikan, atau digadai janji dan boleh memberi apa-apa arahar mengenainya sebagaimana yang perlu bagi kepentingan kanak-kanak itu.
