(1) Licences issued under this Act shall be subject to such conditions as may, be imposed by the appropriate authority which may in respect of the conditions imposed by it, add to, vary or revoke such conditions at any time.
(2) Without prejudice to subsection (1), a licence referred to in the classification of the licences may be restricted to radioactive materials, nuclear materials or prescribed substances of a specified kind or kinds, or may be restricted to specified diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, which are limited in their type and nature; and a licence issued in respect of an irradiating apparatus may be restricted to a specified kind or kinds of such apparatuses, or may be restricted to specified diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, which are limited in their type and nature.

Syarat lesen
(1) Lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat yang dikenakan oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan, dan pihak berkuasa itu juga boleh menambah, mengubah atau membatalkan syarat yang dikenakannya itu pada bila-bila masa.
(2) Tanpa menjejaskan subseksyen (1), suatu lesen yang disebutkan dalam pengelasan lesen boleh dihadkan kepada bahan radioaktif, bahan nuklear atau benda ditetapkan daripada jenis atau jenis-jenis tertentu, atau boleh dihadkan kepada maksud diagnosis atau terapeutik tertentu, yang terhad jenis dan keadaannya; dan suatu lesen yang dikeluarkan bagi radas penyinaran boleh dihadkan kepada jenis atau jenis-jenis tertentu atau boleh dihadkan kepada maksud diagnosis atau terapeutik tertentu yang terhad jenis dan keadaannya.
