Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 18
(1) The appropriate authority may require that before any licence is issued under this Act, such security as it may specify shall be furnished for the due observance of the conditions of the licence. (2) Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Act, where there is any breach of any of the conditions of the licence, such security or part thereof as the appropriate authority may determine shall be forfeited to the Government of Malaysia.
Cagaran bagi lesen
(1) Pihak berkuasa berkenaan boleh menghendaki, sebelum sesuatu lesen dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini, supaya diberi apa-apa cagaran sebagaimana ditetapkannya bagi maksud pematuhan yang wajar akan syarat lesen itu. (2) Tanpa menjejaskan peruntukan lain Akta ini, jika terdapat apa-apa jua perlanggaran terhadap mana-mana syarat lesen, cagaran itu atau sebahagian daripadanya sebagaimana ditentukan oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan hendaklah dilucut hak kepada Kerajaan Malaysia.
