National Forestry Act 1984 s 115

s 115 Transitional provision with respect to officers

Any person who, immediately before the commencement of this Act, was holding any office to which appointments may be made under section 3 shall continue in that office and be deemed for the purposes of this Act to have been so appointed.

Peruntukan peralihan berkenaan dengan pegawai

Mana-mana orang yang, sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa, Akta ini memegang sesuatu jawatan yang pelantikannya boleh dibuat di bawah seksyen 3 hendaklah meneruskan jawatannya, dan bagi maksud Akta ini disifatkan telah dilantik sedemikian.
