National Forestry Act 1984 s 46

s 46 State Authority to consider protection of the forest and needs of the public, etc.

In exercising the powers under section 45, the State Authority shall give due consideration to the necessity of protecting the forest and the environment and to the recreational and other needs of the public.

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri hendaklah menimbangkan perlindungan hutan dan keperluan awam, dsb.

Dalam menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan di bawah seksyen 45, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri hendaklah memberi pertimbangan wajar terhadap keperluan perlindungan hutan dan alam sekeliling serta rekreasi dan keperluan awam lain.
