s 28 Wilful damage to fishing vessel, etc.
Any person who wilfully damages or destroys any fishing vessel, fishing stakes, fishing appliance, fish-aggregation device or marine culture system shall be guilty of an offence.

Kerosakan dengan sengaja terhadap vesel penangkapan ikan, dsb.
Mana-mana orang yang dengan sengaja merosakkan atau memusnahkan mana-mana vesel penangkapan ikan, belat ikan, peralatan menangkap ikan, peranti mengumpul ikan atau sistem kultur laut adalah bersalah melakukan suatu kesalahan.
