s 24 Transfer of rights and liabilities

All rights and liabilities which immediately before the commencement of this Act were the rights and liabilities of the Forest Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the “former Institute”) established under the Federal Forestry Department, shall on the coming into force of this Act be the rights and liabilities of the Board constituted under this Act.

Pemindahan hak milik dan liabiliti

Semua hak dan liabiliti yang sebelum sahaja mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini adalah merupakan hak dan liabiliti Institut Penyelidikan Perhutanan (selepas daripada ini disebut “Institut terdahulu”) yang ditubuhkan di bawah Jabatan Perhutanan Persekutuan, hendaklah apabila berkuat kuasanya Akta ini menjadi hak dan liabiliti Lembaga yang ditubuhkan di bawah Akta ini.
