Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board Act 1985 s 9

The Board shall be responsible to the Minister and the Minister may, after consultation with the Board where in his discretion he deems it necessary to do so, give to it such directions as to him appear appropriate and expedient and the Board shall comply with such directions.
Menteri boleh memberi arahan
Lembaga hendaklah bertanggungjawab kepada Menteri dan Menteri boleh, selepas berunding dengan Lembaga, sekiranya menurut budi bicaranya dianggapnya perlu untuk berbuat demikian, memberikan kepadanya apa-apa arahan yang dianggapnya sesuai dan suai manfaat dan Lembaga hendaklah mematuhi arahan tersebut.
