Jadual 3 kepada Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan proviso baharu yang berikut kepada subperenggan 3(1): “Dengan syarat bahawa jika seseorang individu itu bukan warganegara dan bukan pemastautin tetap tetapi isterinya adalah seorang warganegara atau pemastautin tetap maka perenggan ini tidaklah terpakai.”.
