s 44 Conduct of prosecution
Every authorized officer shall have the authority to appear in court and conduct any prosecution in respect of any offence under this Act.

Penjalanan pendakwaan
Tiap-tiap pegawai diberi kuasa hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk hadir di mahkamah dan menjalankan apa-apa pendakwaan berkenaan dengan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
