s 68 Establishment of Cadet Corps
(1) There shall be established in and for any area in Malaysia as the Minister may by order declare, a body to be known as Royal Malaysia Police Cadet Corps (hereinafter referred to as “the Cadet Corps”) which shall consist of such number of senior Cadet Corps officers, junior Cadet Corps officers and cadets as may from time to time be sanctioned by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
(2) The Cadet Corps shall be organized in such divisions, subdivisions and units as may from time to time be prescribed.
(3) The Cadet Corps shall be affiliated to the Force but members of the Cadet Corps shall not be police officers within the meaning of this Act.

Penubuhan Kor Kadet
(1) Maka hendaklah ditubuhkan dalam dan bagi mana-mana kawasan dalam Malaysia yang diisytiharkan dengan perintah oleh Menteri suatu badan bernama Kor Kadet Polis Diraja Malaysia
(kemudian daripada ini disebut “Kor Kadet”) yang hendaklah terdiri daripada sebilangan pegawai kanan Kor Kadet, pegawai rendah Kor Kadet dan kadet yang diizinkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
(2) Kor Kadet hendaklah ditubuhkan mengikut bahagian, subbahagian dan unit sebagaimana ditetapkan dari semasa ke semasa.
(3) Kor Kadet hendaklah digabungkan dengan Pasukan tetapi anggota Kor Kadet bukanlah pegawai polis mengikut pengertian Akta ini.
