(1) Pelantikan mana-mana anggota boleh pada bila-bila masa dibatalkan oleh Menteri tanpa memberikan apa-apa sebab bagi pembatalan itu. (2) Seseorang anggota boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis bertulis yang ditujukan kepada Menteri.
