Tiada seorang pun anggota Lembaga boleh menanggung liabiliti sendiri bagi apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh sesuatu perbuatan dalam mentadbirkan hal ehwal Lembaga, melainkan jika kerugian atau kerosakan itu disebabkan oleh suatu perbuatan salah yang disengajakan olehnya.
