Any order under section 3 shall be published in the Ordertobe Gazette and, as soon as possible thereatter, shall be laid House of before the House of Representatives; and if, at the next Representatives. meeting of the House of Representatives aiter any such order is laid before it a resolution is passed annulling such order or any part thereot, such order or such part thereot shall, but without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done thereunder, be void as from the date of notification in the Gazette of the passing of such resolution.
