(1) The Lembaga may from time to time, with the approval of the Minister, by order published in the Gazette, establish a corporation, by such name as the Lembaga may think fit, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Lembaga in the performance of its functions, the exercise of its powers or the discharge of its duties.
(2) The provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply to every corporation established by the Lembaga under subsection (1).

Kuasa untuk menubuhkan perbadanan
(1) Lembaga boleh dari semasa ke semasa, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menubuhkan sesuatu perbadanan, dengan apa-apa nama yang difikirkan patut oleh Lembaga, untuk melaksanakan dan untuk menjaga, mengelolakan dan menguruskan apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan yang telah dirancangkan atau diusahakan oleh Lembaga pada melaksanakan fungsinya, menjalankan kuasanya dan menunaikan kewajipannya.
(2) Peruntukan Jadual Kedua adalah terpakai bagi tiap-tiap perbadanan yang ditubuhkan oleh Lembaga di bawah subseksyen (1).
