No member of the Board shall incur any personal liability for any loss or damage caused by any act or omission in the administration of the affairs of the Board unless such loss or damage is occasioned by an intentionally wrongful act or omission on his part.
Liabiliti anggota
Tiada seorang pun anggota Lembaga adalah menanggung apa-apa liabiliti diri bagi apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh apa-apa perbuatan atau peninggalan dalam pentadbiran hal-ehwal Lembaga melainkan jika kerugian atau kerosakan itu disebabkan oleh suatu perbuatan atau peninggalan salah yang sengaja pada pihaknya.
