Co-Operative College (Incorporation) Act 1968 s 10
(1) The Chairman of the Board shall, not later than one month before the commencement of each financial year, lay before the Board an estimate of the expenditure of the Institute (including capital expenditure) approved by the Minister for the ensuing year in such detail and form as the Board may determine. (2) A copy of the estimate shall be sent to each member of the Board not less than fourteen days prior to the meeting before which the estimate is to be laid.
Anggaran tahunan
(1) Pengerusi Lembaga hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada satu bulan sebelum bermulanya setiap tahun kewangan, membentangkan di hadapan Lembaga suatu anggaran perbelanjaan bagi Institut (termasuk perbelanjaan modal) yang diluluskan oleh Menteri bagi tahun yang berikutannya mengikut butir-butir dan bentuk sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Lembaga. (2) Suatu salinan anggaran itu hendaklah dihantar kepada setiap anggota Lembaga tidak kurang daripada empat belas hari sebelum mesyuarat yang anggaran itu hendak dibentangkan.
