s 11 Accounts and audit
(1) The Institute shall keep proper accounts and other records in respect of its operations and shall prepare statements of accounts in respect of each financial year.
(2) The accounts of the Institute shall be audited annually by the Auditor General or by an auditor being an approved company auditor within the meaning of the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777] appointed by the Board.
(3) After the end of each financial year, as soon as the accounts of the Institute have been audited, the Board shall cause a copy of the statement of accounts to be submitted to the Minister, together with a copy of any observations made by the Auditor General or other auditor appointed under subsection (2) on any statement or on the accounts of the Institute.
(4) The Minister shall cause a copy of every such statement and observations to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament.

Akaun dan audit
(1) Institut hendaklah menyimpan akaun yang sepatutnya dan rekod lain berkenaan dengan operasinya dan hendaklah menyediakan penyata akaun berkenaan dengan setiap tahun kewangan.
(2) Akaun Institut hendaklah diaudit secara tahunan oleh Ketua Audit Negara atau oleh seorang juruaudit yang merupakan juruaudit syarikat yang diluluskan mengikut pengertian Akta Syarikat 2016 [Akta 777] yang dilantik oleh Lembaga.
(3) Selepas berakhir setiap tahun kewangan, dan sebaik sahaja akaun Institut diaudit, Institut hendaklah menyebabkan supaya suatu salinan penyata akaun itu dihantar kepada Menteri, bersama-sama dengan suatu salinan apa-apa pemerhatian yang dibuat oleh Ketua Audit Negara atau juruaudit lain yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (2) mengenai mana-mana penyata atau akaun Institut.

(4) Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan supaya suatu salinan tiap-tiap penyata dan pemerhatian itu dibentangkan di hadapan setiap Majlis Parlimen.
