s 11 Reserve Fund
The Joint Authority shall establish and manage a reserve fund within the Fund in accordance with such terms and conditions as the Governments may jointly decide.

Pihak Berkuasa Bersama hendaklah menubuhkan dan menguruskan suatu kumpulan wang rizab di dalam Kumpulan Wang mengikut apa-apa terma dan syarat yang diputuskan bersesama oleh Kerajaan-Kerajaan.
