s 16 Public servants
Any member of the Joint Authority or any officer, servant or agent of the Joint Authority shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Mana-mana anggota Pihak Berkuasa Bersama atau mana-mana pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen Pihak Berkuasa Bersama hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
