s 101
(1) A resolution shall be a special resolution when it has special been passed by a majority of not less than three-fourths of such resolution. members as, being entitled so to do, vote in person or, where proxies are allowed, by proxy, at a meeting of mnembers of which not less than twenty-one days' notice specifying the intention to propose the resolution as a special resolution has been duly given.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), if it is so agreed by a majority in number of the members having the right to vote at the meeting, being a majority which together holds in aggregate not less than seventy-five per centum of the total votes of the members entitled to vote, a resolution may be proposed and passed as a special resolution at a meeting of which less than twenty-one days' notice has been given.

(1) Suatu ketetapan hendaklah menjadi suatu ketetapan khas apabila ketetapan itu telah diluluskan oleh suatu majoriti yang tidak kurang daripada tiga perempat daripada anggota-anggota, yang berhak berbuat demikian, mengundi dengan sendirinya atau, jika proksi dibenarkan, melalui proksi, di suatu mesyuarat anggotaanggota yang notis tidak kurang daripada dua puluh satu hari yang menyatakan niat hendak mencadangkan ketetapan itu sebagai suatu ketetapan khas telah diberikan dengan sewajarnya.
(2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), jika adalah dipersetujui oleh sebilangan majoriti anggota yang mempunyai hak mengundi di mesyuarat itu, ia itu suatu najoriti yang bersama-sama memegang pada agregatny idak kurang daripada tujuh puluh lima peratus iumla undi anggota-anggota yang berhak mengundi, suatu ketetapan bolehlah dicadangkan dan diluluskan sebagai suatu ketetapan khas di suatu mesyuarat yang notis tidak kurang daripada dua puluh satu hari telah diberikan. :
