(1) Unless the Registrar otherwise directs, the register of members of an offshore company shall be kept at the registered office of the company and shall be open for the inspection of any member without charge.
(2) Every offshore company shall, within/two-days after the register is first kept at a place other than the registered office of the company, lodge with the Registrar notice of the place where the register is kept and shall, within fourteen days-. after any change in the place at which the registeris kept, lodge with the Registrat notice of the change.

(1) Melainkan jika Pendaftar mengarahkan selainnya, daftar anggota-anggota suatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah disimpan di pejabat berdaftar syarikat itu dan hendaklah terbuka pemeriksaan oleh mana-mana anggota tanpa caj.
(2) Lap-tiap_syarıkat luar pesısir hendaklah, dalam masa dua hari sefěpås daftar itu mula-mula disimpan di suatu tempat selain daripada pejabat berdaftar syarikat itu, menyerahkan kepada Pendaftar, notis mengenai tempat di mana daftar itu disimpan dan syarikat itu hendaklah, dalam masa empat belas hari selepas apa-apa pertukaran tempat di mana daftar itu disimpan, menyerahkan kepada Pendaftar notis mengenai pertukaran itu.
