Where the register of members is kept at some place other than the registered office of an offshore company and, by reason of any default of the person in charge of such office, the company fails to comply with section 106 or with any other requirements of this Act as to the production of the register, that person shall be liable to the same penalties as if he were an officer of the company who was in default.
Jika daftar anggota-anggota disimpan di tempat selain daripada pejabat berdaftar syarikat luar pesisir dan oleh sebab apa-apa keingkaran orang yang bertanggungjawab ke atas pejabat itu syarikat itu gagal mematuhi seksyen 106 atau apa-apa kehendak lain Akta ini mengenai pengemukaan daftar itu, orang itu bolehlah dikenakan penalti yang sama seolah-olah dia adalah seorang pegawai syarikat yang ingkar itu.
