s 110
(1) An offshore company shall cause to be kept proper accounting and other records as will sufficiently explain the transaction and financial position of the company.
(2) Every company and the directors thereof shall cause appropriate entries to be made in the accounting and other records of the company within sixty days of the completion of the transactions to which they relate.
(3) The accounting and other records of an offshore company shall be kept at the registered office of the company or at such other place in Labuan as the directors think fit and shall at all times be open to inspection by any director and shall be kept in such manner as to enable them to be conveniently and properly audited. (4) The Registrar may, in any particular case, direct that the accounting and other records of an offshore company be open to inspection by an approved auditor acting for a director, but only upon an undertaking in writing given to the Registrar that information acquired by the auditor during his inspection shall not be disclosed by him except to that director.
(5) Any director of an offshore company who fails to take all reasonable steps to secure compliance by the company with the requirements of this section and sections 112 and 113, or a resident director who has by his own wilful act been the cause of any default by the company under the said sections, shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.

(1) Suatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah Akaun-akaun menyebabkan disimpan rekod-rekod perakaunan dan disimpan. rekod-rekod lain yang sempurna yang akan menghuraikan dengan secukupnya transaksi-transaksi dan kedudukan kewangan syarikat itu.
(2) Tiap-tiap syarikat dan pengarah-pengarah syarikat itu hendaklah menyebabkan catatan-catatan yang sesuai dibuat dalam rekod-rekod perakaunan dan rekod-rekod lain syarikat itu dalam masa enam puluh hari selepas selesainya transaksi-transaksi yang berhubungan dengan rekod-rekod itu.
(3) Rekod-rekod perakaunan dan rekod-rekod lain suatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah disimpan di pejabat berdaftar syarikat itu atau di mana-mana tempat lain di Labuan sebagaimana difikirkan patut oleh pengarahpengarah dan rekod-rekod itu hendaklah pada bila-bila masa terbuka untuk pemeriksaan mana-mana pengarah dan hendaklah disimpan mengikut cara yang akan membolehkan rekod-rekod itu diaudit dengan mudah dan sempurna.
(4) Pendaftar boleh, dalam apa-apa hal tertentu, mengarahkan supaya rekod-rekod perakaunan dan rekodrekod lain suatu syarikat luar pesisir dibuka untuk pemeriksaan oleh seorang juruaudit diluluskan yang bertindak bagi pihak seorang pengarah, tetapi hanya apabila suatu akujanji bertulis diberikan kepada Pendaftar

(5) Mana-mana pengarah suatu syarikat luar pesisir yang gagal untuk mengambıl semua langkah yang munasabah untuk menjamin syarikat itu mematuhi kehendak-kehendak seksyen ini dan seksyen 112 dan 113, atau seorang pengarah pemastautin yang dengan tindakan sengajanya telah menyebabkan apa-apa keingkaran oleh syarikat itu di bawah seksyen-seksyen tersebut, adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini.
