(1) The directors of an offshore company shall, within Auditor .to be ninety days of its incorporation, appoint a person or persons appointed. to be the auditor or auditors of the company.

(2) An offshore company shall, whenever it appoints an auditor, lodge with the Registrar, within thirty days of the appointment, a notice thereof in the prescribed form accompanied by the auditor's written consent. 113A.-

(1) Pengarah-pengarah suatu syarikat luar pesisir, dalam masa sembilan puluh hari ianya diperbadankan, hendaklah melantik seseorang atau orang-orang sebagai juruaudit atau juruaudit-juruaudit syarikat itu. :
