(1) Every auditor of an offshore company shall report to the members whether, in his opinion, the accounts of the company are properly drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the company's affairs. [Pt. VI-VII S. 117-118] OFFSHORE COMPANTES (2) Every auditor of an offshore company shall be entitled to be furnished with a copy of the memorandum and articles of the company and shall familiarise himself with the terms and conditions contained therein.
(1) Tiap-tiap juruaudit suatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah melaporkan kepada anggota-anggota syarikat itu sama ada, pada pendapatnya, akaun-akaun syarikat itı telah disediakan dengan sempurna supaya memberi gambaran yang tepat dan adil mengenai hal-ehwalsyarikat (2) Tiap-tiap juruaudit suatu syarikat luar pesisir adalah berhak untuk dikemukakan kepadanya suatu salinan memorandum dan perkara-perkara syarıkat itu dan hendaklah membiasakan dirinya dengan terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang terkandung di dalamnya.
