s 123
(1) Every foreign offshore company shall at all times have a registered office in Labuan, which oftice shall be the principal office of a trust company.
(2) Notice in the prescribed form of the situation of the registered office and any change thereof shall be lodged with the Registrar within one month after the date of registration of the foreign offshore company or the date of the change, as the case may be.
(3) If default is made in complying with this section the foreign offshore company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act. Penalty : One thousand ringgit. Default penalty.

(1) Tiap-tiap syarikat luar pesisir asing hendaklah, Ladaan, dbil peraba, ie menyai ph pbar bat daitanya di syarikat amanah.
(2) Notis dalam borang ditetapkan mengenai tempat letak pejabat berdaftar dan apa-apa pertukaran tempat itu hendaklah diserahkan kepada Pendaftar dalam masa satu bulan selepas tarikh pendaftaran syarikat luar pesisir asing itu atau dalam masa satu bulan daripada pertukaran itu, mengikut' mana-mana yang berkenaan.
(3) Jika berlaku keingkaran pada mematuhi seksyen ini, syarikat luar pesisir asing itu dan tiap-tiap pegawai :
: [Bah. VIII, S. 123-124] . 133 syarikat itu yang ingkar adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini. Penalti: Satu ribu ringgit. Penalti ingkar.
