(1) A foreign offshore company shall not carry on in Prohibition Labuan any business which an offshore company is prohibited restriction to carry on. n foreig ffshor company.

(2) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, order that any foreign offshore company be restricted from carrying on any specitied business in Labuan and may, by • notice published in the Gazette, impose conditions subject to which any specified business may be carried on by a foreign offshore company in Labuan.

(1) Suatu syarikat luar pesisir asing tidak boleh menjalankan di Labuan apa-apa perniagaan yang suatu syarikat luar pesisir dilarang menjalankan.
(2) Menteri boleh, melalui notis yang disiarkan dalam Warta, memerintahkan supaya mana-mana syarikat luar pesisir asing disekatkan daripada menjalankan di Labuan apa-apa perniagaan yang dinyatakan dan boleh, melalui notis yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengenakan syaratsyarat ke atas apa-apa perniagaan dinyatakan yang boleh dijalankan oleh suatu syarikat luar pesisir asing di Labuan.
