(1) Except with the consent of the Minister, a foreign Names of foreign offshore company shall not be registered by a name that, offshore in the opinion of the Registrar, is undesirable or is a name, companies. or includes a name, of a kind that the Registrar is not otherwise willing to accept for registration.
(2) If a foreign offshore company is registered, either in error or otherwise, with a name with which it should not have been registered, the Registrar may, after giving thirty days' notice to the foreign offshore company requiring it to change its name, strike the company from the register upon default in complying.

(3) No foreign offshore company shall use, in Labuan or elsewhere, in respect of acts done or to be done in Labuan, any name other than that under which it is registered under this Part and every foreign offshore company and every officer of the company who knowingly authorizes or permits the default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.

(1) Kecuali dengan persetujuan Menteri, suatu syarikat luar pesisir asing tidak boleh didaftarkan dengan nama yang pada pendapat Pendaftar adalah nama yang tak diingini atau adalah nama atau termasuk suatu nama yang daripada jenis yang Pendaftar selainnya enggan untuk menerima bagi pendaftaran.
(2) Jika suatu syarikat luar pesisir telah didaftarkan, sama ada secara tersilap atau selainnya, dengan suatu nama yang dengannya ia tidak patut didaftarkan, Pendaftar boleh, selepas memberi notis tiga puluh hari kepada syarikat luar pesisir asing itu, menghendaki syarikat itu menukar namanya, memotong syarikat itu daripada daftar apabila syarikat itu ingkar mematuhi kehendak Pendaftar.
(3) Tiada syarikat luar pesisir asing boleh, berkenaan dengan tindakan-tindakan yang telah dibuat atau akan :

VIII-IX, S. 128:131] dibuat di Labuan, menggunakan di Labuan atau di tempat lain, apa-apa nama selain daripada nama yang dengannya syarikat itu telah didaftarkan di bawah Bahagian ini dar tiap-tiap syarikat luar pesisir asing dan tiap-tiap pegawai syarikat itu yang dengan disedarinya memberikuasa atau membenarkan keingkaran itu adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini.
