Where a corporation— (a) is the holding company of aniother corporation; (b) is a subsidiary of another corporation; or (c) is a subsidiary of the holding company of another corporation, that first-mentioned corporation and that other corporation shall for the purposes of this Act be deemed to be related to each other.
Jika sesuatu perbadanan— Syarikat- (a) adalah syarikat pemegang suatu perbadanan berkaitan. yang lain; (b) adalah subsidiari suatu perbadanan yang lain; (c) adalah subsidiari bagi syarikat pemegang suatu perbadanan yang lain, perbadanan yang mula-mula disebut itu dan perbadanan yang satu lagi itu hendaklah bagi maksud-maksud Akta ini disifatkan berkaitan di antara satu sama lain.
