s 47

(1) An offshore company shall have power to issue the powerto number of shares stated in its memorandum, which may be issue shares, and voting divided into one or more classes, with such designations, rights. preferences, limitations and relative rights as shall be stated or provided for in the articles, and all prices and values given in respect of shares shall be expressed in a currency other than Malaysian currency. (2) The articles may limit or deny voting rights of, or provide special voting rights for, the 'shares of any class or the shares within any class to any extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the regulations.

(1) Sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah Kuasa mempunyai kuasa untuk menerbitkan bilangan syer-syer menerbitkan syer, dan hak yang dinyatakan dalam memorandumnya, yang boleh pengundian. dibahagikan kepada satu kelas atau lebih, dengan apa-apa nama, keutamaan, batasan dan hak-hak relatif sebagaimana yang dinyatakan atau diperuntukkan dalam perkara-perkara, dan semua harga dan nilai yang diberikan berkenaan dengan syer-syer hendaklah dinyatakan dalam mata wang selain daripada mata wang Malaysia. Syarikat sendiri, dil. [Bah. IV, S. 47-48] (2) Perkara-perkara boleh membataskan atau menidakkan hak-hak pengundian, atau memperuntukkan hak-hak pengundian khas, bagi syer-syer daripada apaapa kelas atau syer-syer dalam apa-apa kelas setakat yang tidak tak konsisten dengan peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan.
