Sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir boleh pada bila-bila Pengkenselan masa,. melalui ketetapan pengarah-pengarahnya, perolehan mengkenselkan kesemua atau mana-mana bahagian syer syarikat itu daripada apa-apa kelas yang diperolehinya semula, selain daripada syer boleh tebus yang telah ditebus atau dibeli, dan dalam hal sedemikian suatu pernyataan mengenai pengkenselan itu hendaklah diserahkan kepada
