s 72

(1) The management company shall, in respect of each deed with which the company is concerned, keep aregister of the holders of interests under the deed and enter therein— (a) the names and addresses of the holders; (b) the extent of the holding of each holder and, if his interest consists of a specific interest in any property, a description of the property and its location sufficient to identify it; (c) the date at which the name of each person was entered in the register as a holder; and (d) the date at which any person ceased to be a holder. (2) Division 4 of Part V shall, so far as is applicable and with such adaptations as are necessary, apply to and in relation to the register.

(1) Syarikat pengurusan hendaklah, berkenaan Daftar dengan setiap suratikatan yang bersangkut-paut dengan pemegangsyarikat itu, menyimpan suatu daftar pemegang- kepentingan. pemegang kepentingan di bawah suratikatan itu dan mencatatkan di dalamnya— (a) nama dan alamat pemegang-pemegang itu; (b) takat pegangan setiap pemegang dan, jika kepentingannya terdiri daripada suatu kepentingan tertentu mengenai apa-apa harta, suatu perihalan mengenai harta itu serta tempat letaknya yang cukup bagi mengenalpasti harta itu; (c) tarikh nama setiap orang dicatatkan di dalam daftar itu sebagai seorang pemegang; dan (d) tarikh mana-mana orang terhenti menjadi seorang pemegang. (2) Penggal 4 Bahagian V hendaklah, setakat yang berkenaan dan dengan apa-apa penyesuaian yang perlu, terpakai bagi dan berhubungan dengan daftar itu.
