(1) A person shall not- (a) contravene or fail to comply with this Division; or (b) fail to comply with a convenant contained, or deemed to be contained, in any deed that is or at any time has been an approved deed. : [Pt. IV, S. 73-75] Penalty: Imprisonment for three years or ten thousand ringgit or both. (2) No person shall be relieved from any liabilty to any holder of an interest by reason of any contravention of, or failure to comply with, this Division.
(1) Seseorang tidak boleh— Penalti kerana (a) melanggar atau gagal mematuhi Penggal ini; Pengga, dsb. (b) gagal mematuhi sesuatu waad yang terkandung, atau yang disifatkan terkandung, dalam apa-apa suratikatan yang adalah atau pada bila-bila masa telah menjadi suatu suratikatan diluluskan. ringgit atau kedua-duanya. (2) Tiada seorang pun boleh dilepaskan daripada apaapa liabiliti terhadap mana-mana pemegang sesuatu kepentingan disebabkan oleh apa-apa pelanggaran, atau kegagalan mematuhi, Penggal ini.
