s 85
(1) Every offshore company shall at all times have a registered office in Labuan, which office shall be the principal office of a trust company.
(2) Notice of the situation of an offshore company's registered office shall be given in the prescribed form to the Registrar within/fourteen days after the date of the company's incorporation. . (3) Where an offshore company has changed its registered office, it shall give notice of such change in the prescribed form to the Registrar within fourteen days. of the change.
(4) A trust company shall display at its principal office, in a conspicuous position in romanised letters easily legible, the names of the offshore companies having their registered office at its address.
(5) If default is made in complying with this section, the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence against this Act. Penalty: One thousand ringgit. Default penalty.

(1) Tiap-tiap syarikat luar pesısir hendaklah pada setiap masa mempunyai suatu pejabat berdattar di Labuan, yang mana pejabat itu hendaklah pejabat utama suatuz syarikat amanah.
(2) Notis mengenai tempat letaknya pejabat berdaftar sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir hendaklah diberi mengikut bentuk yang ditetapkan kepada Pendaftar dalam masa (empat belas hari selepas tarikh pemerbadanan syarikat itu.
(3) Jika sesuatu syarikat luar pesisir telah menukar pejabat berdaftarnya, ia hendaklah memberi notis mengenai pertukaran itu mengikut bentuk yang ditetapkan kepada Péndaftar dalam masa /empat bełas hari selepas pertukaran tersebut.
(4) Sesuatu syarikat amanah hendaklah mempamerkan di pejabat utamanya, di tempat yang mudah kelihatan dalam huruf rumi yang mudah dibaca, nama syarikatsyarikat luar pesisir yang mempunyai pejabat berdaftarnya di alamatnya.
(5) Jika berlaku keingkaran pada mematuhi seksyen ini, syarikat itu dan tiap-tiap pegawai syarikat itu yang ingkar adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta Penalti: Satu ribu ringgit. Penalti ingkar. :
