Subject to any limitations in the memorandum or articles of an ofishore company, an action that may be taken by members at a meeting of members may also be taken by a resolution of all members consented to in writing, or by telex, telegram, telefax, cable or other written electronic communication, without the need for any notice.
Tertakluk kepada apa-apa batasan dalam memo- Tindakan randum atau perkara-perkara suatu syarikat luar pesisir, persetujuan suatu tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh anggota-anggota di suatu mesyuarat anggota-anggota boleh juga diambil anggota. melalui ketetapan semua anggota yang bersetuju secara bertulis, atau melalui teleks, telegram, telefax, kabel atau apa-apa perhubungan elektronik bertulis lain, tanpa perlu adanya apa-apa notis.
