Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 s 29

s 29 Director General and officers deemed to be public servants

The Director General and all officers named in any order made under section 26 shall when exercising functions provided by this Act be deemed to be public servants for the purpose of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Ketua Pengarah dan pegawai disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam

Ketua Pengarah dan semua pegawai yang dinamakan dalam mana-mana perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 26 hendaklah apabila menjalankan fungsi yang diperuntukkan di bawah Akta ini disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam bagi maksud Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
